How to use
1. Please twist to expose only the amount you will use (1mm), since it's a very thin 1.5mm slim pencil that can be easily broken if exposed too much.
This eyeliner is non-retractable. Dispense only what you need!
2. Define your eyes by filling in your upper waterline!
3. Draw the eyeliner in your desired thickness, then use the fine pencil tip to complete a sharp wing at the tail.
