May I cancel an order?

I entered the wrong address can this be fixed?

What is the return policy?

We accept returns received within 14 days of original purchase 

Item must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging. 

The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.

Please email us at Service@epalacebeauty.com with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to return for shipping  instructions.

How do I track my orders?

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges on our products.

I think my order is lost?

If you do not receive your package, please contact the Order service team at Service@epalacebeauty.com include your order confirmation number We reserve the right, in our policy, send you replacement products.

What is shipping policy?

We work to ship out orders the same business day or then next business day after the order has been placed. Orders over $60 that ship will free and ship via USPS or UPS.

We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages,or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in checkout that the customer failed to correct.
