I purchased this item in-store at the Palace Beauty in the Koreatown Galleria in Los Angeles. The salesperson stated it was for combination skin (purple container). The container comes with a spatula so you don't have to use your finger(s) to scoop out the balm. The balm is quite soft and spreads quite well all over the face. This is the 2nd step to my skincare regimen. Another plus is that Clean It Zero by Banila, Co. is free of artificial fragrance, colors, parabens, sulfates, alcohol, mineral oil, silicone, and animal products. The Clean It Zero Purifying Balm soothes inflammation and enhances the skin's natural radiance. I do not have difficulty rinsing it off with warm/lukewarm water and only a fingernail amount is needed (about a dime's worth). The customer service in-store was average and there is a language barrier, but the employees are more than willing to take the extra mile to communicate with customers. The price could have been cheaper ($24.00 USD elsewhere *Sokoglam* ). No complaints about the product so far and seems to be working well for my skin.
