Free standard shipping is applied to all orders $49+.
All orders below $49 will be charged a fee of $7.
Orders placed from 11AM to 3PM will be processed and shipped the same day.
Any orders after 3PM will be shipped the following day.
Orders $49+ will be shipped via priority mail. Any order over $300 will be shipped through signature-required shipping.
- If your order includes signature required shipping, the mail carrier will not make the delivery if no one is present at the address at the time of delivery.
- If you cannot be at the delivery address, you'll have to pick up the package yourself at your convenience.
- If this won't work for you, please let us know so we can make arrangements.
If your package arrived in a damaged condition or you received the wrong product(s), please send a photo of the product(s) to service@epalacebeauty.com to start the replacement process.

We hope you love your order, but if you do need to return something to us, please send your order back within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
To start the return process, please refer to the instructions below. Print the label to the address below.

Include your order number (written on top right hand corner of packing slip) on the box before returning.
Please allow 5-10 business days from when the order is delivered for your return order to be processed.
All notifications regarding your return order will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
Please note that depending on your banking institution, they may or may not require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account.
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.
Please note original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
