Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $60 or more.
All orders below $60 will be charged a shipping fee.
Orders are processed as they are received. However, shipments are dispatched daily between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day.
If your package arrived in a damaged condition or you received the wrong product(s), please send a photo of the product(s) to service@epalacebeauty.com to start the replacement process.

We hope you love your order, but if you do need to return something to us, please send your order back within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
To start the return process, please refer to the instructions below. Print the label to the address below.

Include your order number (written on top right hand corner of packing slip) on the box before returning.
Please allow 5-10 business days from when the order is delivered for your return order to be processed.

We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Orders will only be reshipped after the additional shipping charge has been paid. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
